• In addition to the Let Only service, Full Management includes:
• Collection of rent
• Organising emergency repairs
• Routine property inspections
• Check out inventory check
• We'll deduct a management fee, each time rent is received
• Manage and co-ordinate repair issues
• Protected Landlord rent payment system
• Automated contractor payments

Access My Area, 24/7

• Through the Love Letts Love Sales website, you can access the members area. This keeps you in the loop with viewings, offers, inspections, property statements and invoices.

Your advert

• Our local team of specialists will create your advert, take professional style photographs, complete floorplans, take digital room measurements and produce a short, concise and punchy property description and schedule. When you are happy and love your advert, we will upload to our website and Major UK Portals.

Viewings and offers

• Sit back and let us take care of viewings, where we'll find you suitable tenants. Get instant feedback through "Access My Area".

Tenant referencing

• Once you've selected your tenants, we'll carry out the necessary referencing. We'll check their credit history and ensure they can afford the rent.

Tenancy agreement

• After a tenant has been successfully referenced, we'll prepare your tenancy agreement and get it signed by all the tenants, either digitally or hardcopy.

Security deposit

• Once contracts are signed, we'll collect register your tenant's deposit with a government approved deposit scheme.

Collecting rent and standing order

• We'll collect the first month's rent, set up your Payprop account and they will transfer the payment to you. Payprop will collect your rent each month and directly distribute this to you less any agreed charges.

Completion

• Upon completion, keys will be released to the tenant on moving in day. For fully managed properties, we will retain a key and provide the tenant with our contact details and how to access our online repair system.
